Frequently Asked Questions

I just bought one of your DVD's and it did not work in my player, or the DVD is defective, or the VHS tape you sent me was damaged when I opened the package, or defective when played....what do I do?
I strive for customer satisfaction on all of my DVD's and VHS tapes. I can either replace the DVD with another non-defective copy or with the VHS version upon return of the defective item. There is also a place on each video page, with a link to a web site, where you can go that will tell you before ordering if your player is compatible. If there is any problem with an item just send me an e-mail telling me what is wrong, and I will try to do my very best to make it right.
Email needs to be sent within 15 days of your reciept of item.
Please email me at ... Webmaster@susanreno.com

Please return defective items to Reno Entertainment, PO Box 3807 Sparks, NV 89432

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT MY DVD'S:

My DVD's are replicated on DVD-R media. They are compatible on nearly all DVD Players purchased within the last two years, and all computer DVD drives. Older Set top DVD Players may have problem playing them though. If you have any questions about the compatibility of your DVD Player, please visit www.dvdrhelp.com and select the "DVD Players" link to check the compatibility of your player. To ensure you the highest quality production, my DVD's are protected with Macrovision Copy Protection.

return policy on dVD's :
I will only accept replacements of faulty discs, and offer no straight refunds. If you, the purchaser, can't play the DVD on an older player, you can receive a VHS replacement copy of the same film if you return the DVD back to me. We experience about 1% of compatibility problems with DVD-R discs. If you experience this problem you may just want to go buy a DVD player at Wal-Mart, or the like, and you'll be fine.

I live outside of the United States, will your videos work in my DVD player or VCR?
All DVD's are made with no region code so they are more likely to play in your location. All of my VHS tapes are recorded in NTSC (standard American) format. I currently do not have the capability of recording in PAL or SECAM format for other countries that use that video standard. Before ordering, please check to see if your VCR or DVD will be compatible.

How long will it take to get my order, and is it wrapped discreetly?
All orders are sent via priorty mail which is typically delivered within 2-3 business days of being sent for delivery to US addresses. All orders are shipped in priorty mail packing which is very discreet, and with a return address of "Reno Entertainment".

CREDIT CARD orders are normally shipped the first business day after I am notified by the billing company (IBILL) that the order has been placed and the credit card approved. A "business day" is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. I will also upon notification from IBILL email you to inform you that your order is being shipped. Your transaction will appear as "RenoEntertainment" on your credit card statement. All transactions are transmitted via secure servers.

MAIL ORDERS are processed when payment has been received in full by use of Money orders, bank drafts or cashiers checks...these are the only payment forms accepted. No personal checks. Orders are then shipped within one business day of receipt, and sent priorty mail. If email addres is also included with order I will send an email to you that I received your order and it is being sent out.
